Itinerary
Alexandria by night
At 7:00 PM your guide picks you up from your hotel and drives you downtown. A traditional horse-drawn carriage carries you along the Corniche to the Qaitbay Citadel, where you stop for photos of the bay. Nearby you try ice cream at one of Alexandria’s best-known parlors, then visit the San Stefano seafront and walk along the Corniche in the sea air. On the way back you stop at Stanley Bridge, the city’s modern landmark.
