Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Cairo
We meet you inside Cairo airport, help with the visa and luggage, and drive you to your 5-star hotel for a welcome dinner.
Meals: Dinner. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Cairo.
Day 2: The pyramids and fly to Aswan
Your guide takes you to the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, then you fly to Aswan.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Aswan.
Day 3: Abu Simbel
You drive about three hours across the desert to Abu Simbel, the temples of Ramses II and Nefertari, and back to Aswan.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Aswan.
Day 4: Aswan and the train to Luxor
You visit the High Dam and Philae Temple, the temple of Isis moved by UNESCO to Agilkia Island, then take the first-class train north to Luxor.

Day 5: The East Bank
Day 6: The West Bank
You visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

Day 7: Drive to Hurghada
A private car takes you to Hurghada, about four hours, for three nights by the sea.
Meals: All-inclusive. Overnight: 5-star resort, Hurghada.
Day 8: Free day in Hurghada
A day for the beach or an optional snorkeling trip.
Meals: All-inclusive. Overnight: 5-star resort, Hurghada.
Day 9: Free day in Hurghada
Another free day by the Red Sea.
Meals: All-inclusive. Overnight: 5-star resort, Hurghada.
Day 10: Fly to Cairo, the Citadel, Old Cairo and Khan el-Khalili
You fly back to Cairo. Your guide takes you to the Citadel of Salah el-Din and the Alabaster Mosque, the Hanging Church in Coptic Cairo and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, and you end the day in Khan el-Khalili and on Al-Muizz Street.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Cairo.
Day 11: Free day in Cairo
A day on your own. Ask us if you want to add Saqqara, Alexandria or a cooking class.

Final day: Departure
After breakfast your driver takes you to Cairo airport and our team helps you check in.
