Day 1: Cairo Airport Arrival for Pyramids and Nile Cruise Holidays

Your tour manager and one of our drivers will be waiting for you when you arrive at Cairo International Airport for your amazing8-Day Pyramids and Nile Cruise Holiday , so you can arrive with total peace of mind.
After receiving all the assistance you need from your tour guide, you will be driven to one of our spotless, contemporary hotels.
After helping you settle into the hotel, your tour guide will go over your itinerary for the Cairo to Abu Simbel Tour with you and address any questions you may have. You will then be free to spend the rest of your first day in Egypt anyway you see fit.
Day 2: The Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian museum ( GEM )
Following breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and driver and driven to the Giza Pyramids. There, you will first see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which the ancient Greeks called Cheops.
Along with the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, you will also be able to see the pyramids of Khafre (Chephren) and Menkaure (Mykerinos).

You will have lunch at a nearby restaurant after your tour of the pyramids. The New Grand Egyptian Museum, commonly called the Giza Museum, is an archaeological museum located in Giza, Egypt,
approximately 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) away from the Giza pyramid complex.

Return back to your hotel.

Day 3: Flight to Luxor, Cruise Embarkation, and West Bank Tour
It will soon be time for you to check out after enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel. You will then be taken to the airport to catch your flight to Luxor. When you arrive in Luxor, you will once more be greeted at the airport and transported to the dock where you will embark the magnificent Nile River cruise ship, which will serve as your opulent floating residence for the next four days.
Your first delectable meal on board the ship will be served shortly after embarkation, and shortly afterward, you will take a tour of Luxor’s East Bank.
You will see Karnak Temples, a vast ancient temple city built over around 2,000 years, as part of this itinerary. The Luxor Temple, another historical marvel that every tourist should see, will be your next stop.

Finally, you will return to the cruise ship, and after you’ve had time to freshen up, a scrumptious dinner will be served, and then you will have the evening to yourself. Tonight you will be sleeping on the water at Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor West Bank and Cruise to Edfu
After enjoying a delectable breakfast on the water in Luxor on the fourth day of your Pyramids and Nile Cruise Holidays, you will be escorted to discover the ancient marvels that await you on the West Bank of Luxor.
The journey starts with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, an old necropolis with 65 royal tombs, including King Tutankhamen’s.

Next, you will enjoy an unforgettable visit to the rock-cut mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most famous and most visited ancient monuments. After spending some time at this site, you will enjoy a brief visit to the Colossi of Memnon, and after that it will be time to return to the ship in time for another superb lunch, and then the boat will begin a leisurely cruise to Edfu.
Enjoy a fine dinner and a good night’s sleep on the water at Edfu.

Optional Luxor Hot Air Balloon Tour: Today, you the option of going for an early morning flight over Luxor’s ancient sites in a hot air balloon.

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo Sightseeing and Cruise to Aswan
You will be taken to the magnificent Edfu Temple, which was constructed during the Ptolemaic and Roman eras, immediately after waking up to another delicious breakfast on board the cruise.
After the Romans abandoned this temple, it was buried under the sand of the desert and remained undiscovered for about 2,000 years. It is therefore the best-preserved Ptolemaic temple yet found.

Everyone returns to the ship and it sets sail for Kom Ombo after spending some time exploring this ancient landmark. You will disembark once more upon arriving in Kom Ombo and be escorted to the Kom Ombo Temple.

With one temple constructed as a mirror image of the other, this is effectively a twin temple. This is because the complex was devoted to two ancient deities: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus.
Return to the cruise ship that is waiting for you. Once everyone is back on board, a delicious lunch will be served, and the ship will glide elegantly in the direction of Aswan.
This afternoon will be a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind on this magnificent river cruiser while it is heading for Aswan. Enjoy an excellent dinner in the evening, and a wonderful night’s rest in your cabin, on the water at Aswan.

Day 6: Aswan Sightseeing Tour and Leisure Time
On your 5-star river cruiser, start the sixth day of your Pyramids & Nile Cruise Holidays package with another delicious breakfast. After that, it will be time for you and your group to disembark for some sightseeing.

Once located on a small island, this ancient temple honored the goddesses Isis and Hathor.
