Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Cairo and Nile dinner cruise
A King Tut Tours representative meets you at Cairo International Airport with a name sign, helps with customs and luggage, and drives you to your hotel. In the evening you join a Nile dinner cruise with an open buffet, a Tanoura whirling dance and a belly dance show, with the lights of Cairo along the river.
Meals: Dinner. Overnight: hotel, Cairo.
Day 2: Giza Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum, fly to Luxor
Your private Egyptologist takes you to the Giza Plateau: the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure from the 4th Dynasty, six smaller queens’ pyramids, the Sphinx with the face of Khafre, and the granite Valley Temple. After lunch you visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square. In the evening you fly to Luxor.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: hotel, Luxor.
Day 3: Luxor East and West Banks, fly to Cairo
Your Egyptologist takes you to the West Bank: the Valley of the Kings, with painted tombs cut deep into the hills, including Tutankhamun’s, the terraced Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch you cross to the East Bank for Karnak and Luxor Temple. In the evening you fly back to Cairo.

Day 4: Day trip to Alexandria
A private car takes you north to Alexandria. You explore the three-level Catacombs of Kom el-Shoqafa, Pompey’s Pillar among the ruins of the Serapeum, the Qaitbay Citadel on the site of the ancient lighthouse and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, with lunch in between. You return to Cairo in the evening.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: hotel, Cairo.
Day 5: Fly home
After breakfast our representative drives you to Cairo International Airport and helps with check-in.
