Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Cairo and the sound and light show
We meet you at Cairo airport and drive you to your 5-star hotel. In the evening you watch the sound and light show at the pyramids, followed by dinner.
Meals: Dinner. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Cairo.
Day 2: The pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum
Your Egyptologist takes you to the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. After lunch you visit the Grand Egyptian Museum and the full Tutankhamun collection.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Cairo.
Day 3: Fly to Aswan
You fly to Aswan and visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Aswan.
Day 4: Abu Simbel and fly to Cairo
You drive about three hours across the desert to Abu Simbel, the temples of Ramses II and Nefertari, then fly back to Cairo from Aswan.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch. Overnight: 5-star hotel, Cairo.
Day 5: Departure
After breakfast we drive you to Cairo airport.
Meals: Breakfast.
