Day 1: Arrive in Cairo for your Luxury Boat Nile Cruise
When you arrive at Cairo International Airport for your Cairo tour and your 8-Day Luxury Boat Nile Cruise and Cairo Highlights Tour, your tour manager and one of our drivers will greet and help you. After that, they will take you to the five-star hotel where you will be staying while in Cairo.
Your tour manager will make sure your check-in goes smoothly when you arrive at the hotel and then arrange a time for you to be picked up for the trip the next day. You will then be free to spend the remainder of your day anyway you see fit.
Day 2: The Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian museum ( GEM )
Following breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide and driver and driven to the Giza Pyramids. There, you will first see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which the ancient Greeks called Cheops.
Along with the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, you will also be able to see the pyramids of Khafre (Chephren) and Menkaure (Mykerinos).
You will have lunch at a nearby restaurant after your tour of the pyramids. The New Grand Egyptian Museum, commonly called the Giza Museum, is an archaeological museum located in Giza, Egypt,
approximately 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) away from the Giza pyramid complex.
Return back to your hotel.

Day 3: Civilization Museum, Old Cairo & Salah El-Din Citadel
After breakfast, your knowledgeable guide will take you to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which has a fascinating collection detailing Egypt’s extensive history as well as Egypt’s royal mummies.
After touring Old Cairo’s historic churches, stop for lunch at a neighborhood restaurant. Visit the magnificent Salah El-Din Citadel in the afternoon to see the Mohammed Ali Mosque and take in expansive views of Cairo.
Spend the night in Cairo.

Day 4: Cruise Embarkation, Kom Ombo Temple and Overnight at Beshir Island
You will check out of your hotel at the scheduled time for your luxury small boat Nile cruise, and you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Aswan (which is included in the package price).
When you arrive in Aswan, you will be greeted at the airport once more and driven to the pier, where you will board your stunning Dahabiya river yacht at approximately 12:00 PM.
It will sail to Kom Ombo after everyone has boarded. During your voyage, lunch will be provided on board the ship. When you get to Kom Ombo, your guide will show you the intriguing Kom Ombo Temple complex.
which is essentially two temples in one. One half of this complex was dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, while the other half was dedicated to Horus the falcon-headed god.
Once everyone is back on board the boat, it will then sail to Beshir Island. Enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening, and spend the first night of your luxury small boat Nile cruise on the water near Beshir Island.

Day 5: Gebel el-Silsila Sightseeing and Overnight at Beshir Island
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a wonderfully relaxing morning aboard your Dahabiya while it is sailing towards Gebel el-Silsila. Enjoy guided tour at Gebel el-Silsila shortly after arrival, and then once you are back on the boat, it will begin sailing towards Fawaza Island.

Day 6: Edfu Temple, El Kab Temple and Overnight at El Hegz
While sailing to Edfu, savor breakfast on your Dahabiya. Your guide will take you to the Edfu Temple shortly after you get at Edfu. This ancient temple, also called the Temple of Horus,
is the best preserved in all of Egypt. After your tour, cruise calmly in the direction of El Kab Village and have another delicious lunch.
Your Dahabiya will dock at El Kab Village and your guide will then take you to see the ancient El Kab Temple. After your tour, you will sail towards El Hegz Island near Esna.
Have another good dinner out on the river while sailing, and enjoy this night of your luxury small boat Nile cruise on the water near El Hegz Island.

Day 7: Cruise Disembarkation, Luxor Tour, and Return to Cairo
It will be time for you to check out and disembark after enjoying one final breakfast aboard your lovely Dahabiya. You will drive to Luxor after getting out at Esna, where you will see the Valley of the Kings and the remnants of the historic Karnak Temple complex.
Over the course of more than 2,000 years, many pharaohs added to and expanded Karnak. It is still the biggest house of worship ever built.
Valley of the Kings, on the other hand, is a huge ancient necropolis where pharaohs, nobles and other very prominent figures were laid to rest in tombs during the New Kingdom era.
More than 60 tombs have been discovered here, with the most famous one being the tomb of King Tutankhamen.
After your tour, you will then be driven to Luxor Airport to board a flight back to Cairo. When you land in Cairo, your tour manager and one of our drivers will meet you, and then transfer you to the 5-Star hotel where you will be staying for the last night of you 8-day luxury small boat Nile cruise vacation.
