3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information.
4. Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options depending on the tour type:
- Deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Remaining balance can be paid before arrival or upon arrival (depending on the service).
- For certain tours or high-season bookings, full payment may be required in advance.
All payment details will be clearly communicated during booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy:
5.1 Standard Cancellation
- More than 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation or full refund (minus transaction fees if applicable).
- 3–7 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
- Less than 72 hours before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
- Same day or no-show: 100% charge applies.
5.2 Special Tours / Private Services
Some private tours, luxury services, or customized packages may have stricter cancellation rules, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5.3 Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Changes by Customer
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
- We will try to accommodate changes without additional fees whenever possible.
- Major changes (date, destination, or package type) may incur additional costs.
7. Changes or Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Operational reasons
In such cases, customers will be offered the following:
- Alternative dates, OR
- Full refund (if no alternative is possible)
8. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients purchase travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Loss or damage of belongings
King Tut Tours is not responsible for any uninsured losses.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Arrive on time for all pickups and tours
- Follow safety instructions from guides
- Respect local laws and customs in Egypt
- Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa if required)
11. Children Policy
- 0–2 years: Free of charge
- 2–6 years: Discounted rate (varies by tour)
- 6–12 years: Child rate applies
- 12+ years: Full adult price
Age must be verified upon request.
12. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (dietary needs, room preferences, accessibility, etc.). However, these are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
13. Liability Disclaimer
King Tut Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (transport, hotels, attractions).
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third parties
- Accidents outside our direct control
- Loss of personal belongings
- Force majeure events (see Section 15)
14. Complaints & Support
If you experience any issue during your trip, you must report it immediately to our team so we can resolve it on the spot.
If the issue is not resolved during the tour, you may submit a written complaint within 7 days after the service.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War or terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Weather conditions
In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or fair alternatives when possible.
16. Photography & Marketing
We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform your guide in advance.
17. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is used only for:
- Booking management
- Customer support
- Legal requirements
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be handled under Egyptian jurisdiction.
