Trip to Egypt Pyramids And Nile by Sleeping Train Discover Egypt’s best sites on an exhilarating journey across the country. It is a customized tour of the Nile River and railways. You will be traveling to Aswan by sleeper train. You will begin your trip to Cairo by visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza. This is where you can view the magnificence of the world’s final standing monument to the old seven wonders. Then, take the sleeper train to Aswan, where you will board a magnificent cruise liner to spend three days sailing the Nile. Prepare to explore and enjoy the sightseeing between Aswan and Luxor.

- Note: Egyptian trains are designed and maintained according to standards of quality determined by the Egyptian Railway Authority. The sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan takes about 14 hours, and the journey from Luxor to Cairo takes about 11 hours. To reduce time spent traveling, you can upgrade your trip package for about $300 per person to travel by domestic flight instead (about 1.5 hours).

Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival to Cairo airport
Your tour manager will meet and help you at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures) before driving you to your hotel in Cairo in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager will help you check in and go over your budget holiday schedule with you to determine and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing and get aTrain to Aswan
Enjoy breakfast at your Cairo hotel before departing, and then your tour guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to see one of the ancient world's seven wonders: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, as well as the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Then visit the Egyptian Museum.
After admiring the beautiful ancient Egyptian antiquities and treasures, if time permits, you will be transported to Khan El Khalili, Cairo's oldest bazaar. Later, you will be transferred to the Giza train station to board the sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.
Day 3: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours check in
When you arrive at the Aswan train station, you will be greeted and escorted by our agent, who will then transport you to your Nile cruise ship. Enjoy lunch on board before being led to the majestic Philae temple
dedicated to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, as well as the high dam. Then return to the cruise ship for dinner on board.
Day 4: Kom Ombo by night
After breakfast on board, you'll sail to Kom Ombo, where you'll visit the twin temple of Kom Ombo and learn about the crocodile deity Sobek and the falcon god Horus, whose monuments adorn either half of the temple. You'll enjoy lunch on board the ship before sailing to Edfu and eating dinner on board.

Day 5: Edfu temple and sailing to Luxor
After breakfast on board your Nile cruise ship, you will visit Horus Temple in Edfu before sailing to Luxor for lunch on board. You will be brought back to the Nile cruise ship for dinner and a belly dancing show.
Day 6: Luxor sightseeing catch a Train to Cairo
Savor a leisurely breakfast on board in the early hours of the day. After breakfast, disembark and take pleasure in an amazing tour that includes stops at the Karnak and Luxor temples on the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor, as well as the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon on the West Bank of the River Nile in Luxor. The sleeper train back to Cairo will depart from the Luxor train station, where you will later be heading. There will be dinner served on the train.

Day 7: Cairo Optional Excursions
Breakfast aboard the sleeper train before arriving at the Giza train station, where you will be met and assisted by our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel for some leisure time (you will check into your room as early as possible). There are some optional excursions available in Cairo: you may wish to visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and Memphis.

Day 8: Fly Back Home safely
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, with some free time before your flight. After check out, you’ll be escorted to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.

Pricing Policy

- From 6 to 11.99 – 50% of the adult person.
- From 12 – will be treated as an adult and must pay the total price of the tour.
- If your travel package includes airfare, there may be an extra fee for each child accompanying you.

We don’t charge a cancellation fee for tours canceled for “force majeure” reasons, such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or other reasons. If the cancellation is due to personal or business reasons and we have already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.
- All our packages and tours of Egypt do not include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as visiting inside the pyramids, the Museum where the Solar Boat is located in the pyramid area, or to enter the Tutankhamun tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
