For more than 500 years, the pharaohs of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties chose the Valley of Kings to make tombs. We have discovered 64 tombs until now. We found in Kings Valley tombs of great pharaohs like Ramses II, Thutmose III, Hatshepsut, Seti I, etc. Then we move on to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.

she was the daughter of Thutmosis I, she was one of the pharaonic women who reigned ancient Egypt, she made a lot of things, she built a temple on the west bank of Luxor, two obelisks in Karnak, she wanted to build the biggest obelisk ever built if it had been finished the work .. ecce her temple in the west bank of Luxor one of the most beautiful temples in ancient Egypt. Then we will stop visiting the colossi of Memnon.

King Amenhotep III built the colossi in front of his temple, and for his bad luck, the earth quickly destroyed all the temples. Just the colossi remained until now.

day-2 Karnak Temple
