Luxor and Abu Simbel from Hurghada in two days. You see the West Bank and Karnak, take the train south to Aswan for the night, visit Abu Simbel the next morning and ride the train back towards the Red Sea.

Itinerary
Day 1: Hurghada to Luxor, train to Aswan
A private car takes you from your Hurghada hotel to Luxor. Your guide shows you the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon and Karnak, the worship center of Amun, Mut and Khonsu for more than 1,500 years. After lunch you take the train to Aswan.
Meals: Lunch. Overnight: hotel, Aswan.
Day 2: Abu Simbel and back to Hurghada
An early drive to Abu Simbel, the two temples Ramses II cut into the cliffs for himself and Queen Nefertari. After lunch in Aswan you take the train north to Qena at about 3:00 PM, where our driver meets you for the drive back to Hurghada.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch.
