Itinerary
Aswan day trip from Luxor by train
We drive you from your Luxor hotel to the station for the morning first-class train to Aswan, about three hours. Your guide meets you and takes you to the High Dam, built between 1960 and 1970, and by motorboat to Philae Temple, the temple of Isis. After lunch at a restaurant in Aswan you take the train back to Luxor, where we drive you to your hotel.
Duration: about 12 hours. Meals: Lunch.
