Day 1: Alamein-Siwa
8 Days The Great Sand Sea Tour
8 Days The Great Sand Sea Tour starts with meeting the representative who will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo at 06:00 am. Then drive to Alamein, about 3 hours drive. At Al Alamein. you will enjoy the site where the great battle took place during WW II, and visit the WW II Museum and the Cemetery.
Then drive on to the beautiful bay of Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean Coast, then continue to Siwa. It is about 6 hours drive from Alamein to Siwa. Dinner and Overnight in Siwa. (8 Days The Great Sand Sea Tour) Meals: Lunch, Dinner.
Day 2: Siwa Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a visit to the Old City of Siwa ( Shali). Then transfer to see the Alexander Temple, at Aghurmi Village, which is dedicated to the God Amon-26 Dynasty, and Amun Ra Temple at Um Ubeyda. After that transfer to visit Cleopatra Spring (Ein Guba) and enjoy the Siwa House Museum.
A visit to the Mountain of the Dead (Gabal El Maouta ) is included. In the afternoon transfer to enjoy the unique Sunset view at most of the guidebooks at Fitnas Island. Overnight in Siwa. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 3: Shibata-Bir Wahid
Breakfast at the hotel Then start our journey to the Siwa Desert with Maraki Village. Cross the desert to stop near one of the unique archeology signs at Great Siwa Mountain, where the first human footprint above the mountain dates to the pre-history era. Continue our safari tour between the dunes till we arrive at the fossils area and see the rocky coral reefs, which date to the Cambrian era.
Then drive to one of the springs in the middle of the desert (Shiata Lake), it is a good chance to watch the Flamenco birds, swim in the cold spring, and enjoy the bath and relaxing atmosphere. Then it is a chance to enjoy sand surfing in the desert. After that.it is time to drive to another spring the hot (Bir Wahid) spring to chill and tranquilize our Muscles. Overnight Camping at Bir Wahid. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 4: Al-Arag – Bahrain
After breakfast, transfer to visit Al-Arag Valley, where you will see caves or tombs in Al-Arag with their natural landscapes. Then transfer to Bahrain and overnight camp. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner
Day 5: Sand Sea-Ain Dalla
After breakfast, you will continue through the dunes of the Great Sand Sea. Then visit Dalla Spring. Overnight camping in the desert.
Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
day 6 : Western Desert
After breakfast, continue to the Western Desert. Then lunch break and after that continue to the White Desert. Overnight camping.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 7: Crystal Mountain
The next day in the morning, you will be driven to see the quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain, and the rocky formations in the Valley of Ashgabat. Then onto the Black Desert and the Valley of El Haize with its hot spring. After that, you will be transferred by 4x4 car to Baharia.
Upon arrival, visit the Museum of the Golden Mummies, Tombs of Nobles, and the Temple of Ain El Muftella, which was once the main water source of the old capital of the oasis. Overnight in Bahariya. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 8: Bahariya to Cairo
After breakfast, transfer from your hotel in Bahariya to Cairo about 4 hours driving.
